Croft Primary

My Name is Jenni Richards, and I have recently taken up post as Assistant Headteacher at Birchwood Community High School. I have worked in education for 20 years and absolutely love helping young people to learn and develop. My background and experience is in pastoral care and safeguarding. I am also a Mum to two young children, aged 3 and 7 and have firsthand experience of how schools and families can work together to help children thrive. I am excited at the prospect of working alongside the school community at Croft and welcome the opportunity to contribute to such a vibrant, child-centred and caring school.
